West Haven is a quiet gated community, situated just 20 minutes away from Disney and Westridge is close by.  Many varieties of wild birds can be seen around including Green Herons in this area is also world renowned for grapefruit, lemon and orange growing.


Wold Class Golfing ...

The Champions Gate  4 star 18 hole golf course which was rated 4th best new course in the USA by Links Magazine is close by.  You can imagine you are in paradise when playing on one of the beautiful fairways and greens, with the refreshment buggy driving up to provide much needed drinks.  For those that like a bit of variety, there are some 64 other courses within a 20 mile radius.


Luxurious living ...

Staying in one of these luxury villas, everything is provided for you and all you have to do is arrive and start enjoying yourself! Every little detail has been carefully considered to help you relax and make the most of your stay in Florida.  The villa offers spacious accommodation with a total floor space of around 2000 sq ft. This provides a vast amount of space compared to even the very largest hotel suite. 

The accommodation comprises 4 large bedrooms. including two doubles and 2 twins, all with built in wardrobes. Accommodation is for between two and eight people and there are two bathrooms featuring shower and bath - one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom.


Of course the main feature of the villa is the large private pool which is accessed through patio doors to the rear.  There is a covered area with patio table and chairs, which is ideal for outside dining or for taking a break from the sun.  Unlike many homes in the area, this villa is south facing and enjoys sun on the pool all day long which is a definite plus.
